Here is our little Kitt going for a walk and playing at the park!

April was a fun and busy month! Our friend, Mengkha, came from Orlando, FL, to stay with us for a week. We had lots of fun shopping and strolling LA, Chinatown, the San Diego Zoo, and Coronado Island. The day after Mengkha left, Mike's brothers came for a visit also. We had lots of fun while they were here. Unfortunately, I had to work a lot, so I wasn't able to spend as much time with them as I had hoped. The boys hung out in San Diego and braved a 10-mile hike up the San Gregornio Mountain. We were sad to see them go back home.

I This summer, Lee will be off for a business internship in D.C. and Joey will be working and getting ready for his sophomore year in college. We are so proud of them. As usual, they are doing great in everything they do!

I had planned a June trip to see my family in Montana, but it has been postponed until August so Mike can join me. It's a terribly long wait (haven't seen them since March 2007). My mom and dad should be all moved into their new home by then, so we'll get to see it. Mike will have another break in December, so I'm hoping to go home again then (not sure when I'll get to see them again after that, as Mike will be starting residency next summer).

The new CHRONICLES OF NARNIA movie, PRINCE CASPIAN, is out! We are going to go see it with our church family this coming Sunday.

Kitt is a joy! We took him for a walk last Sabbath and he walked on his leash and harness as if he was a well trained puppy. So proud of him! We love the little guy!

After our morning walk on Sabbath, Mike and I took a day trip to Crystal Cove near Laguna Beach. It was a gorgeous day, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! In the evening, we went to dinner in downtown Laguna Beach and took a moonlit stroll down the beach with some dark chocoloate hazelnut gelato! After the gelato, we walked through a local art gallery, found a quiet deserted nook on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean and had ourselves a sweet little dance before driving home. It was awesome! Woe-to-us the day we have to leave southern Cali. We have such a good life here.

Mike is currently in his neurology rotation and has found himself in a predicament...he needs to decide if he wants to pursue child/adolescent psych. or neurology. Either way, it's an exciting time in our lives. By this time next year we could be moving to San Diego (currently our favorite place in the world), Florida, Portland, Washington, Atlanta, North Carolina, Colorado, Arizona...all are possibilities!
